As Quality Managers, we:
- Support the owners and general contractors to execute quality projects by developing Specific Construction Quality Plans, ITPs, Checklists, NCR Procedures and etc.,
- Oversee the preparation, progress and close out of Construction Work Packages
- Collaborate with construction delivery teams as General Contractor/Owner's rep., overseeing the flow of activities, material receiving, storage, handling, inspections and etc
- Oversee quality man power and inspections for various disciplines by 3rd parties and testing agencies in compliance with the Approved ITPs.
- Audit 3rd party inspection reports such as concrete test results as per CSA A23.1.
- Audit general contractor and subcontractors to verify compliance with the “Quality Program” approved by the Client.
- Documentation and Reporting of ongoing audits and meeting minutes
- Facilitate weekly virtual meetings with the General Contractor project leads to discuss: ongoing activities, inspections, punch list issues, NCRs, and other quality topics.
- Oversee work package close out, and pre-delivery inspections.
- Performance Analysis (KPI's) for the General Contractor and specialty subcontractors.
- Verify Compliance and Standards
- Support and oversee Quality Process Iterations using the platform mutually agreed with the Client such as Procore, Fieldwire, etc..
